Companies can use the "Claim This Profile" link on their respective page. They must provide official documentation proving ownership and association with the registered USDOT/MC number.

Yes. A claimed company can post an official, public response to any review on its profile to provide context, address concerns, or explain a resolution.
Yes. A company can flag a review they believe violates Transportvibe's policy, such as containing hate speech or being submitted by a non-customer. Our moderation team will then re-verify the review.
No. Licensing details like USDOT/MC numbers are automatically updated directly from the official FMCSA database to ensure accuracy. Companies cannot manually change this information.
No. The ability to claim a profile and respond to customer reviews is a free service provided to registered auto transport companies to foster transparency.
