Your rightsTransportvibe, Inc. ("Transportvibe," "we," "us," or "our") is the data controller responsible for your personal information collected through transportvibe.com and all related services (the "Platform").

This Privacy Policy applies to all Users of the Platform — including customers researching auto transport, people leaving reviews, brokers and carriers managing company profiles, and anyone using the AI Advisor or Full Service.

We may receive information from third-party services in limited circumstances — for example, if you sign in using a third-party authentication provider (such as Google), we receive your name and email address from that provider. We do not purchase or receive personal data from data brokers.

When you submit a review, the Published review text and your first name and last initial are visible to the Company you reviewed (if they have a claimed profile) and to the public. Your email address, full name, and unpublished personal details are never shared with the company you reviewed.
For Full Service bookings, we share your name, contact number, vehicle details, and pickup/delivery address with the assigned carrier — strictly for the purpose of completing your shipment.
We may disclose personal data if required by applicable law, court order, subpoena, or regulatory request — including to FMCSA, FTC, or law enforcement agencies investigating fraud or violations. We will notify you of such disclosure where legally permitted to do so.
If Transportvibe is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you before any such transfer and give you the opportunity to delete your account if you do not consent.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and session tokens. Cookies help us keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Platform is used.

You can manage or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair your ability to use the Platform. We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods:

When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it so it can no longer be linked to you. Anonymised or aggregated data (which cannot identify you) may be retained indefinitely for statistical and research purposes.

No system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law — within 72 hours for breaches requiring regulatory notification, and promptly thereafter for breaches affecting you directly.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide you with specific rights regarding your personal information.
In the past 12 months, Transportvibe has collected the following categories of personal information as defined under CCPA: identifiers (name, email, IP address); internet or other electronic network activity (browsing behaviour on the Platform); commercial information (subscription and payment history); and inferences drawn from usage data to create a profile about your preferences.
To submit a verifiable consumer request under the CCPA, email privacy@transportvibe.com with the subject line "CCPA Request." We will respond within 45 days and may extend by an additional 45 days with notice. You may designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf by providing written authorisation.
The Platform is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately at privacy@transportvibe.com and we will delete that information promptly.
Users between the ages of 13 and 18 may use the Platform only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian, in accordance with our Terms of Service age requirement of 18+. In practice, the Platform's subject matter (auto transport) is primarily relevant to adults, and we do not intentionally market to or collect data from minors.
The Platform contains links to third-party websites and platforms — including external review platforms (Google, Trustpilot, BBB, ConsumerAffairs, Yelp) and company websites. When you click these links, you leave the Transportvibe Platform and are subject to the privacy policies of those third-party sites.
Transportvibe is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party website. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit. Our links to external platforms are provided for informational convenience — they do not indicate partnership, endorsement, or integration beyond what is described in our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.
The AI Advisor may reference or discuss third-party companies and services. Such references do not constitute partnerships or data-sharing arrangements with those companies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will:
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. If the changes are material and you do not accept them, you must stop using the Platform and may request deletion of your account.
