Plain-language summaryThese terms govern your use of Transportvibe — browsing, leaving reviews, using the AI Advisor, and booking Full Service. By using the platform you agree to these terms. Brokers and carriers have additional terms in Section 9. We've written this to be readable — if anything is unclear, email legal@transportvibe.com and we'll explain it plainly.

About Transportvibe

Transportvibe, Inc. ("Transportvibe," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at transportvibe.com and all related applications, tools, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). Transportvibe is a trust-driven review and comparison platform for the auto transport industry, giving consumers access to verified reviews, aggregated company TrustScores, an AI-powered Advisor, and a fully managed Full Service shipping option.

Transportvibe is incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA. Our registered address is 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, United States. Operational correspondence should be directed to hello@transportvibe.com.

Transportvibe holds an active FMCSA property broker licence. Our broker authority applies exclusively to shipments booked through the Full Service offering described in Section 7. For all other platform features - Compare, AI Advisor, company profiles - Transportvibe acts solely as an information and comparison platform and does not act as a broker, carrier, freight forwarder, or agent for any listed company.

FMCSA RegistrationTransportvibe's broker authority is active and verifiable at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov. Our MC number is available on request at legal@transportvibe.com.

Definitions

These terms have the following meanings throughout this document:

TermDefinition
PlatformThe Transportvibe website, mobile applications, AI Advisor, company directory, review system, and all associated features and services.
User / youAny individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform for any purpose - including customers, reviewers, brokers, and carriers.
CustomerA User seeking information about auto transport or using the Platform to ship a vehicle.
CompanyAny auto transport broker or carrier with a profile on the Platform, whether or not that profile has been claimed.
TrustScoreTransportvibe's proprietary composite score for auto transport companies, derived from weighted, recency-adjusted, and fraud-filtered review data aggregated from multiple platforms.
Verified ReviewA customer-submitted review confirmed via email verification and fraud detection before publication on the Platform.
Full ServiceTransportvibe's managed shipping service in which Transportvibe, acting as a licensed FMCSA broker, selects a carrier, manages the shipment, and provides dedicated support from pickup through delivery.
AI AdvisorTransportvibe's AI-powered conversational tool providing information, guidance, and non-binding recommendations on auto transport topics.
User ContentAny text, photos, or documents submitted to the Platform by a User, including reviews, profile information, and responses.
Platform ContentAll content generated or compiled by Transportvibe, including TrustScores, editorial verdicts, aggregated data, route guides, and AI responses.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Platform in any manner - including browsing, submitting a review, using the AI Advisor, requesting Full Service, claiming a company profile, or purchasing a subscription - you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific features.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Business users

If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms, and "you" refers to that entity throughout.

Age requirement - 18 or olderYou must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform you confirm you are 18 or older. If we discover a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their access and remove any content they submitted.

What we provide

What Transportvibe provides

The Platform provides: aggregated review scores and counts from external platforms; verified customer reviews submitted directly to Transportvibe; the AI Advisor tool for auto transport guidance; a company comparison tool with TrustScores; company profiles with editorial analysis; and Full Service managed shipping (subject to separate Full Service Terms).

What Transportvibe does not provide

Except when acting as a licensed FMCSA broker through Full Service, Transportvibe is an information platform only. We do not:

  • Act as a broker, carrier, or agent for any Company listed on the Platform
  • Guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided by listed Companies
  • Warrant that any listed Company will provide satisfactory services
  • Bear responsibility for shipments booked directly with Companies outside Full Service
  • Endorse any Company solely because it appears on the Platform or holds a paid subscription

External review data

Transportvibe aggregates review counts and composite ratings from Google, Trustpilot, BBB, ConsumerAffairs, and Yelp. We display this as aggregate data only - we do not reproduce individual review text from those platforms. We make reasonable efforts to keep data accurate but cannot guarantee it matches real-time scores on external platforms. Transportvibe is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

TrustScore is a proprietary Transportvibe metric. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Trustpilot, BBB, ConsumerAffairs, or Yelp. The TrustScore name and methodology are the intellectual property of Transportvibe, Inc.

Reviews & content

Who may submit reviews

You may submit a review if you personally arranged or received a vehicle shipment using that Company's services. You may not submit reviews for shipments you did not personally experience, as a paid reviewer, or as a representative of a competing Company.

What you confirm when you submit a review

  • The review reflects your genuine, honest, personal experience with the Company.
  • You were not paid, incentivised, or asked to submit a positive review.
  • The review does not contain false statements of fact, defamatory, abusive, or unlawful content.
  • The review is your own original content and does not infringe third-party rights.
  • You completed the required email verification step before publication.

Content licence

By submitting a review or other User Content, you grant Transportvibe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sub-licensable, and irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, and display that content on the Platform and in connection with Transportvibe's business. You retain ownership of your content subject to this licence.

Moderation and removal

Transportvibe may moderate, decline, edit for formatting (not substance), or remove any content that violates these terms, our Review Guidelines, or applicable law. Reviews are not removed solely because a Company disputes the content or requests removal. Companies may submit a formal dispute through the Platform's dispute process, which Transportvibe investigates per our Review Guidelines.

Fraudulent reviews - serious violationSubmitting false, fabricated, or paid reviews may constitute fraud or deceptive trade practices under applicable law. Transportvibe reports credible evidence of coordinated review fraud to the FTC, FMCSA, and other relevant authorities, and reserves the right to pursue civil remedies.

AI Advisor

The AI Advisor is an AI-powered tool providing information and guidance on auto transport topics. It is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or transportation advice.

Limitations - read before relying on AI output

  • The AI Advisor may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Verify important details independently before making decisions.
  • Price estimates are based on historical averages. They are not quotes and do not represent any specific Company's pricing.
  • Company recommendations are informational - not endorsements and not guarantees of quality.
  • The AI Advisor is not a licensed broker. Nothing it says constitutes a binding agreement with Transportvibe or any Company.

Acceptable use

You may not use AI Advisor to generate spam or harmful content, extract proprietary system prompts, systematically harvest data for commercial purposes without written consent, or violate any law.

AI Advisor conversations may be reviewed by Transportvibe to improve the service and ensure compliance with these terms. Conversations are handled per our Privacy Policy. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information you would not share publicly.

Full Service

Transportvibe Full Service is a managed auto transport service in which Transportvibe, as a licensed FMCSA broker, selects a carrier, confirms pricing, manages the shipment, and provides dedicated support from pickup through delivery.

Full Service bookings are governed by the Full Service Terms and Conditions, provided before any booking is confirmed. In case of conflict between these Terms and the Full Service Terms, the Full Service Terms govern with respect to the shipment.

Key Full Service points

  • Price lock: The written price confirmed before booking is the price you pay - no pickup-day changes.
  • Coordination fee: $95-$195 depending on route and vehicle, disclosed in full before you approve anything.
  • Cargo insurance: Held by the carrier, not Transportvibe. We facilitate claims and advocate for you but are not the cargo insurer.
  • No commitment until approval: Nothing is booked and no payment taken until you approve the written price confirmation.
  • Cancellation: No charge before carrier assignment. Post-assignment fees may apply per Full Service Terms.
  • Issue escalation: Transportvibe handles escalation to the carrier and insurer on your behalf.

Prohibited conduct

The following is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension, content removal, legal action, or referral to regulatory authorities:

  • Review manipulation: Submitting false, paid, or incentivised reviews; creating multiple accounts to inflate or deflate ratings; coordinating review campaigns against competitors
  • Impersonation: Impersonating any person, Company, or entity; falsely representing authority or affiliation
  • Automated scraping: Using bots or automated tools to extract Platform data without written consent
  • Platform interference: Gaining unauthorised access to any system; introducing malware or harmful code; disrupting Platform infrastructure
  • Unlawful use: Using the Platform in connection with fraudulent auto transport schemes, broker impersonation, or FMCSA violations
  • Harassment: Harassing or threatening Transportvibe staff, Companies, or other Users
  • Harmful content: Posting defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or IP-infringing content
  • AI manipulation: Attempting to extract system prompts, manipulate AI outputs via prompt injection, or use the AI to generate deceptive content

Brokers & carriers

Companies (brokers and carriers) interacting with the Platform - through unclaimed profiles, claimed profiles, or paid subscriptions - agree to these additional terms.

Company profiles

Transportvibe creates profiles based on publicly available FMCSA records and review data. A Company's presence does not constitute endorsement. Transportvibe reserves the right to create and maintain profiles for any auto transport Company regardless of their consent to being listed.

Claiming a profile

By claiming a profile, the individual warrants they have authority to act for the Company, that information provided is accurate, and that the Company agrees to these Terms. Claims are subject to FMCSA credential verification.

Responding to reviews

Claimed profile holders may respond publicly to Verified Reviews. Responses must be professional and factual. Response privileges do not include the right to demand review removal or contact reviewers directly.

Paid subscriptions

Subject to separate Subscription Terms. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Paid features do not affect TrustScore or organic ranking - these are always determined solely by verified review data.

Prohibited Company conduct

  • Soliciting, incentivising, or coordinating fake reviews
  • Misrepresenting FMCSA credentials, insurance status, years in business, or coverage area
  • Contacting reviewers to pressure withdrawal or modification of reviews
  • Violating FMCSA regulations or consumer protection law in connection with listed services
Zero tolerance for review manipulationCompanies found coordinating fake reviews will have profiles immediately suspended, paid subscriptions cancelled, and conduct reported to the FMCSA and FTC. Transportvibe will pursue available legal remedies for coordinated review fraud.

Accounts & termination

Account creation

Some features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@transportvibe.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Termination by you

You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@transportvibe.com. Verified Reviews you submitted will remain on the Platform after account closure unless removal is required by applicable law.

Termination by Transportvibe

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access - with or without notice - for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or harmful activity, or if required by law. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

Intellectual property

The Platform and all Platform Content - including TrustScore methodology, editorial verdicts, platform design, software, data compilations, AI systems, and the Transportvibe name and marks - are owned by Transportvibe, Inc. or its licensors and protected by US and international intellectual property law.

Permitted use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This does not include rights to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, commercially exploit, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

TrustScore usage

You may reference TrustScores factually with clear attribution ("Transportvibe TrustScore: [score] - transportvibe.com"). You may not misrepresent scores, apply TrustScore branding without authorisation, or imply Transportvibe endorsement of a commercial product. Promotional use by Companies requires prior written approval.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Transportvibe, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your access to or use of the Platform
  • Your User Content, including any review you submit
  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
  • Any dispute between you and any auto transport Company arising from a shipment
  • Any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your Platform use

Transportvibe reserves the right to assume exclusive defence of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defence. You may not settle any such claim without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ALL PLATFORM CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRANSPORTVIBE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Transportvibe specifically does not warrant that: TrustScores or review data are accurate or current; the AI Advisor will produce accurate or appropriate responses; any listed Company will provide satisfactory services; the Platform will be available without interruption; or the Platform is free from harmful components.

Your use of the Platform and reliance on its information is entirely at your own risk. Transportvibe is not responsible for any shipment outcome or dispute between you and any Company, except as expressly provided in the Full Service Terms for confirmed Full Service bookings.

Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimer of certain warranties. To the extent these disclaimers are not permitted in your jurisdiction, they apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRANSPORTVIBE, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES - INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR PERSONAL INJURY - REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER OR NOT TRANSPORTVIBE WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Transportvibe's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of these Terms or Platform use shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you to Transportvibe in the twelve months preceding the claim; or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

These limitations apply to claims based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, even if limited remedies fail of their essential purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Dispute resolution

Step 1 - Informal resolution (required first)

Before initiating any formal dispute, contact Transportvibe at legal@transportvibe.com and give us at least 30 days to resolve the issue informally. Describe your dispute in writing and the resolution you seek. Most issues can be resolved this way.

Step 2 - Binding arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted in Wilmington, Delaware, or - for claims under $25,000, at your election - by telephone or videoconference. The arbitrator may award any remedy a court could award, consistent with these Terms.

Class action waiver

YOU AND TRANSPORTVIBE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY.

Exceptions to arbitration

Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court to prevent irreparable harm - including IP infringement, platform security, or review fraud.

Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in New Castle County, Delaware.

Time limitation on claims

Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arose, or be forever barred, regardless of any contrary statute of limitations.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. For material changes we will:

  • Update this page with a new "Last updated" date
  • Email registered account holders at least 14 days before the effective date
  • Display a prominent Platform notice for at least 14 days prior

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Platform before that date. Full Service bookings confirmed before a change remain governed by the version in effect at time of booking. Prior versions are available on request at legal@transportvibe.com.
