“I’ve used them several times because their prices are good, but I’ve had many problems with them. 1. They delivered my car to the wrong address in Florida. Super inconvenient for me to find it. 2. The driver picking up my car in Michigan had me come to a busy main road on a snowy day for pick up even after I told them where he should meet me. 3. They charged my credit card on file without asking me if that was ok. 4. They gave me the wrong delivery day and told me it was “impossible” to know when the driver could deliver even thought he was already on route. They should know exactly where their drivers are but for some reason they don’t. Their communication is absolutely terrible with too many people involved in the shipping process.”
