The Transportvibe AI Advisor only recommends Verified companies. If you're not Verified, you're invisible to every customer who uses the Advisor - which is an increasing percentage of all platform traffic.

Critical for active marketplace participation
Your broker or carrier authority must be Active at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov at time of application and at each quarterly re-check. Pending, inactive, or revoked authority immediately disqualifies.
A valid cargo liability insurance certificate must be on file with FMCSA and confirmed active. We contact your insurer directly - submitted certificates alone are insufficient.
Your Transportvibe profile must be claimed and your identity as an authorized company representative confirmed. If you haven't claimed your profile yet, do that first.
Tier progression & increased visibility
Uploading a copy of your operating authority letter or business registration reduces verification time from 48 hours to same day. Also required for the Premium Verified tier.
Companies with active FMCSA enforcement actions, safety violations, or out-of-service orders are not eligible for Verification regardless of TrustScore. This is checked at application and quarterly.
While not a hard requirement for Standard Verified, companies with TrustScores below 70 are reviewed more carefully and may be asked for additional documentation before approval.
