US Star Trucking LLC has a TrustScore of 67/100 and a Mixed rating. Its federal broker authority is active, and the review base is fairly large, with 5,699 counted reviews across Google, Trustpilot, and BBB, plus 943 reviews we read. The reviews we read show real strengths in communication, delivery timing, vehicle condition, and driver professionalism, with the newest review from July 2026. The tradeoff is that pricing, pickup timing, and especially issue resolution also draw meaningful complaints, so the evidence does not rise to Trusted. The mix of praise and complaints across several themes keeps the result in the middle, even with active authority and broad review coverage.
