UDS Auto Logistics has a TrustScore of 46/100 and a rating of Caution. It has active FMCSA broker authority, and the reviews we read show real praise for communication, delivery timing, shipment updates, vehicle condition, and driver professionalism. At the same time, the reviews also include notable complaints about pricing, pickup timing, and especially issue resolution, which keeps the evidence from reaching Trusted. The company has 234 counted reviews across Google, Trustpilot, and BBB, with the newest review from May 2026. That is enough review evidence to see both strengths and tradeoffs, but not enough to make it broadly recommendable from the facts alone.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They took my down payment of $168 then lied to me about everything that followed. No phone calls were made to the drop off person, no calls to ******s were made about my special requests and funnily enough, the first ****** had a wreck on the way to pickup. No other ****** appeared even...

Was told I would pay one price and was going to get my car on the day I needed it just for them to tell me they can’t. So they told me they would do it the following business day. Just for them to tell me they couldn’t do it unless I wanted to pay 600 dollars. It’s a scam would never recommend this company.
