Mile Auto Transport LLC has a TrustScore of 67/100 and a Mixed rating. Its active FMCSA broker authority is a positive sign, and the reviews we read are mostly favorable on communication, delivery timing, pickup timing, and vehicle condition. The tradeoff is that the evidence base is still limited, with 186 counted reviews total and most of them on Trustpilot, so the score is based on a relatively small public record. The reviews we read also include some complaints about pickup timing, delivery timing, pricing, and issue resolution, which keeps it from a Trusted result. The newest review is from May 2026, and its active broker authority is on record.

My experience with Mile Auto Transport was extremely disappointing and concerning. Our vehicle transport was confirmed in advance, and we had made all necessary arrangements based on the agreed-upon pickup date. We were working directly with a representative named Alex, who had been coordinating the details with us....

Last-Minute No-Show with Zero Communication

First ***************** they schedule my appointment for a pickup driver call me in 30 minutes, loaded my SUV at 2;00 pm ,delivered at 6;45 am next day, not even 24 hours.(from ******* to *******) Dispatch and driver very professional. Mile Auto Transport Truly Excelled.
