Direct Express Auto Transport has a TrustScore of 55/100 and a rating of Mixed. Its federal broker authority is active, and the reviews we read show real praise for communication, delivery timing, pickup timing, and vehicle condition. The tradeoff is that there are also meaningful complaints about issue resolution, communication, and timing, so the evidence does not support a Trusted result. It has 1,655 counted reviews across Google, Trustpilot, and BBB, with the newest review from July 2026. The mix of strong praise and recurring complaints keeps the result in Mixed rather than higher.
