ADL Logistics LLC has a TrustScore of 69/100 and a Mixed rating. Its federal broker authority is active, and the reviews we read are spread across 335 counted reviews on Google, Trustpilot, and BBB, with the newest review from April 2026. Reviewers most often praise communication, delivery timing, and driver professionalism, while some complaints show up around issue resolution, pickup timing, and pricing. The score is capped at 69 until the company has 500 counted reviews, so the published score is limited by the amount of counted review evidence rather than by a service finding. The active authority is a factual plus, but the review record still has enough tradeoffs that it does not reach Trusted.
