5 Star Auto Transport has a TrustScore of 69/100 and a rating of Mixed. Its required FMCSA broker authority is active, and the reviews we read are mostly favorable on communication, delivery timing, pickup timing, and driver professionalism. The main tradeoff is that the score is capped at 69 until the company has 500 counted reviews, so the evidence base is still limited to 258 counted Google reviews, with the newest review from April 2026. The reviews we read also include a small number of complaints about pricing, shipment updates and tracking, and issue resolution, so the record is positive but not strong enough for a Trusted result. Active broker authority is on file, and the counted reviews are all on Google.
