Vertex Carship Inc
Vertex Carship Inc has a TrustScore of 55/100 and a Mixed rating. The reviews we read are split: communication is praised often, and shipment updates, delivery timing, and driver professionalism also get favorable comments. At the same time, pricing, pickup timing, and issue resolution draw enough complaints to keep the picture mixed rather than clearly strong. Its federal broker authority is active, and the newest review is from July 2026. The 162 counted reviews are mostly on Trustpilot, with a smaller set on BBB, so the evidence is real but still limited.

About Vertex Carship Inc
Vertex Carship Inc is a Richmond, Texas auto transport broker that arranges open car shipping, enclosed auto transport, door-to-door delivery and vintage and classic car transport. A carrier from Vertex Carship's network handles the actual transport.
Fees are where its terms go into the most detail. Booking authorizes an upfront payment, and the balance goes to the driver at delivery in cash, cashier's check or money order. Visa and debit card payments carry a 7% processing fee, which isn't refunded. Cancelling within 7 days of the requested pickup date costs $200. You'll owe a $150 dry-run fee if the carrier arrives and the shipment doesn't match the booking, and a $75 rescheduling fee if the vehicle isn't ready. Non-running vehicles cost $150 extra.
The first quote is an estimate. Its terms say the final price is confirmed at dispatch, and any change is disclosed before the driver is sent. Booking also creates an exclusive arrangement, so using another broker or carrier means you lose the upfront payment. Pickup and delivery dates aren't guaranteed, and the terms don't allow chargebacks.
Vertex Carship accepts Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, Venmo, wire and bank transfers, and its own card portal. The company says it isn't responsible for payments sent outside its official accounts, so confirm account details with its billing department before paying. Up to 100 lbs of personal items can ride in the trunk.
Its terms list carrier cargo insurance of $100,000 to $250,000 per load, and damage claims go to the carrier in writing within 3 days. You must call your agent before signing the Bill of Lading, or the company won't help with a claim.
FMCSA lists it under USDOT 4229906 and MC-1636311 with active broker authority, granted in June 2024. Texas records show the corporation formed in April 2024. FMCSA lists a Richmond address, and the website lists an office at 2245 Texas Drive, Suite 140B, in Sugar Land. It isn't BBB accredited.
