About Trustline Carriers LLC
Trustline Carriers LLC is an Orlando, Florida-based auto transport broker that books open car shipping and enclosed auto transport to and from all 50 states. Cars moving within the lower 48 go door to door at a price shown on screen. Motorcycles, RVs, boats and any move involving Hawaii or Alaska are priced by a coordinator instead.
For $200, Trustline guarantees the pickup date. You pick the date at booking. If the carrier doesn't show that day, the $200 goes back on your card. It covers pickup only, not delivery, and it's void if the car or the person handing it over isn't ready. Expedited dispatch is a separate $350 option that pushes your car to carriers first at a higher rate, with no date promised.
The company arranges the shipment, and a partner carrier does the hauling. Each carrier is checked on the day it's assigned against four tests Trustline calls its Standard: dispatch history, FMCSA authority and safety record, delivery record and a current cargo insurance certificate. Your order page then names the carrier company, the driver and the driver's phone. Inspection photos land on the same page.
Your card is saved at booking and charged later. The Reservation is billed after a carrier is assigned, with a 4% processing fee, and the balance goes to the driver at delivery in cash, certified funds, a cashier's check or a money order. Canceling within 7 days of the scheduled pickup costs at least $200. A car that isn't ready adds $100, and one that doesn't run adds $150. Military members, veterans and military spouses get $100 off with proof. Read the agreement first, since it waives card chargebacks over carrier problems.
Coverage comes from the carrier, and Trustline's agreement sets that cargo cover at $100,000 to $250,000 per load. Written claims go to the carrier within 15 days of delivery.
Trustline Carriers started in 2024 and lists its office at 14199 Lanikai Beach Dr in Orlando, Florida. Its federal registration is USDOT 4276170, MC-1661496, and its broker authority is active. It isn't BBB accredited.
