Secure Car Shipping LLC
Secure Car Shipping LLC has a TrustScore of 65/100 and a rating of Mixed. Its federal broker authority is active, and the reviews we read are mostly favorable about communication, delivery timing, pricing, and driver professionalism. The main reason it does not reach Trusted is the limited evidence base: only 65 counted reviews are spread across Google and BBB, with 47 reviews we read and the newest review from April 2026. There are a few complaints about pricing, pickup timing, and communication, but they are a smaller share of the evidence than the praise. The active FMCSA broker authority is a factual check, and the review record is still limited.

About Secure Car Shipping LLC
Secure Car Shipping LLC arranges vehicle transport across the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as a Greenville, South Carolina auto transport broker. It books open car shipping, enclosed auto transport, door-to-door delivery and expedited service, along with motorcycle and classic car moves. Secure Car Shipping never takes custody of your vehicle, according to its terms.
A backup insurance policy is what sets it apart. The carrier's cargo insurance covers your vehicle first. If that policy doesn't fully cover a valid claim, Secure Car Shipping says its own contingent cargo insurance pays up to $250,000. The company also says its staff are hired for hands-on experience loading and unloading vehicles.
Nothing is charged until a truck is scheduled and on its way. At that point, a deposit is charged, and the balance goes to the driver at delivery in cash, certified funds, cashier's check or money order. Cancelling before a carrier accepts the order is free. After that, the minimum cancellation fee is $249, and carrier dry-run fees may be added.
You can pack one suitcase or bag, up to 100 lbs, in the trunk at no extra charge. Vehicles should have no more than a quarter tank of fuel. The company can arrange pickup or delivery when no one is home, as long as it gets clear key instructions, but the car isn't released until the driver is paid. There's no online tracking, so updates come from the driver or by email.
Claims go to the carrier, and you must report any damage to Secure Car Shipping within 48 hours of delivery.
