Sakaem Logistics
Sakaem Logistics currently has a TrustScore of 63 and is classified as MIXED. The review record shows some clear strengths, especially in communication and delivery timing, with many customers describing good service on those points. At the same time, pricing and issue resolution are more uneven, and the complaint volume in those areas keeps the result from reaching a stronger rating. The current evidence is broad enough to support a balanced view, but it still shows enough mixed experiences to warrant caution on cost expectations and problem handling.

About Sakaem Logistics
Rental car companies, fleets and dealerships are a core focus for Sakaem Logistics LLC, a Tucker, Georgia auto transport broker that also ships for individual customers. It arranges open car shipping, enclosed auto transport, door-to-door delivery and expedited shipping to all 50 states. Sakaem never takes possession of your vehicle, according to its terms.
You choose how to pay once a carrier is secured. Booking itself costs nothing. When a carrier is assigned, you can either pay the full price by card or pay a deposit by card and give the driver the balance at delivery in cash, cashier's check, Venmo, Cash App or Zelle. Cancelling or rescheduling before assignment is free. After that, its terms treat the service as delivered, and payments become non-refundable. If no carrier accepts the quoted price, an advisor contacts you about an adjusted price before anything changes.
Pickup is confirmed within a 1 to 3 day window around your preferred date, and expedited service narrows that to 24 to 48 hours. Coast-to-coast moves typically take 5 to 8 days after pickup. The driver calls about 12 to 24 hours before delivery.
Sakaem ships sedans, SUVs, trucks, vans, motorcycles, golf carts, UTVs, ATVs and luxury, classic and electric cars. Hawaii moves by roll-on/roll-off ship or container, and Alaska moves sail from Tacoma. Inoperable vehicles typically cost 15% to 20% more, and multi-vehicle orders can get a lower per-vehicle rate. Up to 100 lbs of personal items can ride in the trunk or rear, below the window line.
Coverage comes from the carrier's cargo insurance, and Sakaem says it checks each carrier's insurance and authority before assignment. Note damage on the Bill of Lading, and report hidden damage by email within 24 hours.
The company holds active FMCSA broker authority (USDOT 2985098, MC-16237), and its federal record begins in 2017. Its parent group, SAKAEM Holdings, also owns Sherpa Auto Transport. It operates from 1990 Lakeside Pkwy, Suite 185, in Tucker and has been BBB accredited since May 2022.
