Safe Auto Trucking has a TrustScore of 63/100 and a rating of Mixed. It has active FMCSA broker authority, and the reviews we read are mostly positive on communication, shipment updates and tracking, delivery timing, vehicle condition, and driver professionalism. The tradeoff is that pricing and issue resolution draw more complaints than praise, and pickup timing is more evenly split, which keeps the evidence from reaching Trusted. The company has 2,380 counted reviews, with 2,306 on Google and 74 on BBB, and the newest review is from November 2025. Its active broker authority is a factual check, and the review record shows both clear strengths and some recurring concerns.
