Hilton Auto Transport
Hilton Auto Transport has a TrustScore of 69/100 (mixed). The available evidence is limited, so this assessment carries low confidence. A limited record does not by itself indicate poor service. Review customer feedback alongside the company's written pricing, cancellation terms, and pickup arrangements before booking.

About Hilton Auto Transport
Open and enclosed car shipping is the core of Hilton Auto Transport Inc's work as a family-owned, woman-owned auto transport broker in Torrance, California. It also arranges rush shipping, VIP enclosed service for luxury and exotic cars, and pickup for vehicles bought online or at auction. The company says it ships door to door to all 50 states.
Hilton's fee list is short. Nothing is due until a carrier is dispatched. At that point, the deposit is taken by card over the phone or through PayPal, and the balance goes to the carrier at delivery in cash, money order or cashier's check. Cancelling before a carrier is assigned brings a full refund. After assignment, a $75 fee goes to the carrier. The same $75 applies if a carrier arrives and can't pick up the vehicle, and a car that becomes inoperable in transit adds $150. Active-duty military, veterans and seniors get a discount, though the amount isn't published.
Pickup works on a window of days rather than a set date. Coast-to-coast moves often take 1 to 2 weeks door to door. Drivers give 3 to 24 hours' notice before delivery, and you may need to meet the truck up to 5 miles away. The team takes calls from 7 AM to 7 PM Pacific, every day of the year.
Hilton ships sedans, compact cars, SUVs, pickups, electric vehicles, motorcycles and luxury, exotic and classic cars. Its terms don't allow personal or household items inside the vehicle.
Hilton says it calls each carrier's insurance company before dispatch to confirm coverage. If there's damage, you must notify Hilton by phone within 24 hours and send the carrier a written description, photos and 2 repair estimates within 10 days.
The company holds active FMCSA broker authority (USDOT 2232328, MC-487709), and its federal record begins in 2011. California records show it was incorporated in March 2006. It operates from 1611 Crenshaw Blvd in Torrance and is BBB accredited.
