GT Auto Transport LLC
GT Auto Transport LLC has a TrustScore of 60/100 and a Mixed rating. The reviews we read are mostly favorable, with strong praise for communication, driver professionalism, shipment updates, and delivery timing, and its Google rating is 4.8 from 49 counted reviews. There are also a few complaints about pickup timing and issue resolution, so the evidence is not fully one-sided. Its federal broker authority is active, which is a basic registration check, but the review set is still fairly small and all counted reviews are on Google, so confidence is limited. The newest review is from March 2026.

About GT Auto Transport LLC
GT Auto Transport LLC has arranged vehicle shipping since 2012 as a Greenbrier, Arkansas auto transport broker. It books open car shipping, enclosed auto transport and expedited service, and its site notes that staff speak Spanish. The company arranges the shipment, and a partner carrier does the hauling.
Alaska and Hawaii follow different payment rules here. Those shipments must be paid in full before the transport is finalized, and their deposits aren't refundable. Every other order takes a security deposit by card, Venmo, Cash App or PayPal. The balance goes to the driver at pickup or delivery in cash, cashier's check or a USPS money order.
The company says a standard booking usually gets a pickup scheduled within 24 to 72 hours. It prefers 1 to 2 weeks' notice, and rush service is available. Dates are estimated under its terms. You can track the shipment online at any hour, or call or text for an update.
The fee schedule is spelled out. Inoperable vehicles carry a minimum $150 charge. A carrier that declines an overloaded car triggers a $100 rescheduling fee, and a vehicle that isn't available at pickup can bring a $100 reposting fee. Cancellations must be sent by email, and no refund is due once a carrier is assigned. It allows under 75 lbs of personal items in the trunk or rear, below the window line.
Open carriers on its loads typically hold 7 to 10 cars. Enclosed trailers hold 2 to 8, often with liftgates, and cost roughly 70% to 90% more.
The carrier's policy covers in-transit damage caused by negligence or equipment failure, but not hail, floods or road debris. Claims go to the carrier, and damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading before the driver leaves.
Its federal registration is USDOT 2236438, MC-561468, and its broker authority has been active since July 2012. FMCSA lists its address at 10 Oaks Ln in Greenbrier. It isn't BBB accredited.
