About Fast Track Auto Shipping LLC
Fast Track Auto Shipping LLC arranges vehicle shipping across the United States as a Dalhart, Texas auto transport broker. It books open car shipping, enclosed auto transport and door-to-door delivery for families, dealers, snowbirds and businesses, plus heavy equipment moves. Its terms say it isn't a motor carrier, so a licensed, insured carrier from its network handles the hauling.
Signing the agreement locks the quoted price. Fast Track's terms say quotes stay valid for 5 days. After you sign, the price changes only if the vehicle's size, weight, condition or modifications were described inaccurately. Signing doesn't obligate you to pay anything until a carrier is assigned and dispatched.
Once a carrier is assigned, a broker fee may be charged. The balance goes to the carrier at delivery by cash, cashier's check, Zelle or money order. Cancelling before assignment brings a full refund of any broker fee. After assignment, the fee may be forfeited, and dry runs or no-shows can add charges. Cancellations must be sent by email.
Pickup and delivery dates are estimated windows. The company says most shipments cost $500 to $1,500. You can pack up to 100 lbs of pre-approved items in the trunk, and the fuel tank should be a quarter full or less. For heavy equipment such as tractors and trailers, the company says it handles permits and loading logistics.
Coverage comes from the carrier's cargo policy, and the broker provides no damage insurance of its own. Note any damage on the Bill of Lading, take photos at delivery and submit the claim to the carrier within 24 hours.
Fast Track Auto Shipping is registered with FMCSA as a broker under USDOT 4433181 and MC-1744576, and its authority has been active since 2025. Federal records show an involuntary revocation of its broker authority that was later discontinued. FMCSA lists its address as 1202 Liberal St in Dalhart, and the company also uses 1310 Keeler Ave there.
