Carshipping Express Inc
Carshipping Express Inc has a TrustScore of 48/100 and a rating of Caution. The reviews we read are limited: 19 counted reviews on Trustpilot, with the newest review from April 2026. Reviewers most often praise communication, and some also mention shipment updates, pickup timing, and driver professionalism. There are a few complaints about pricing and pickup timing, so the feedback is not one-sided, but the evidence is still thin and does not support a stronger verdict. Its FMCSA broker authority is active, and the reviews on Trustpilot are the main public evidence available.

About Carshipping Express Inc
CARSHIPPING EXPRESS INC received FMCSA broker authority in September 2025 and has sold car shipping between US states from Halifax, Nova Scotia, since then. It books open car shipping, enclosed auto transport, door-to-door delivery and expedited service. Its website also lists classic and luxury car transport, pickup truck shipping, and moves for students, snowbirds and military members.
Nova Scotia is home base, and US routes are the product. The company's FMCSA filing and its website both give Halifax street addresses, while its location pages sell shipping in Florida, New York, California, Texas, Massachusetts, New Mexico and Illinois. Its federal authority covers interstate moves of motor vehicles. A $75,000 broker surety bond has been on file with FMCSA since August 2025.
Payment rules on its own pages don't line up. The FAQ says a deposit is usually due at booking, with the balance at delivery. The How It Works page says you won't be charged until pickup is confirmed with a carrier. Cancellations must go to its support email in writing, and fees may apply, though no amounts are posted. You get a full refund if you cancel in writing before pickup after the estimated pickup window has expired, if the quoted price went up, or if the company cancels the order.
Its terms call pickup and delivery dates estimates only. The FAQ suggests booking 1 to 2 weeks ahead in peak season and asks you to flag a non-running vehicle in advance. Up to 100 lbs of personal items can ride in the trunk, and they aren't insured.
As a broker, Carshipping Express doesn't move vehicles itself. Its terms send damage claims straight to the carrier's insurance provider, and any damage has to be written on the Bill of Lading at delivery.
FMCSA lists its physical address as 6487 Bayers Rd in Halifax, NS. CARSHIPPING EXPRESS INC is registered with FMCSA as a broker under USDOT 4437748 and MC-1746998, and that authority is active. No BBB profile turned up for the company.
