Hawaii orders go by truck to a West Coast port such as Long Beach, Oakland or Tacoma, then by ocean carrier to Honolulu, Kahului, Hilo or Kona. Bold puts that trip at roughly 1 to 3 weeks.
Canceling early costs $25. Bold's terms charge that dispatch fee if you cancel before a carrier is assigned. Cancel after dispatch and the fee equals your full Initial Payment. Once the car is loaded, the order can't be changed or canceled at all.
Payment comes in two parts. Bold runs a $1 authorization to check your card at booking, then charges the Initial Payment when it designates a carrier. The remaining balance goes to the driver at delivery, in cash or certified check only. Late payments and chargebacks draw interest of up to 1.5% a month.
Military PCS moves, Copart, IAA and Manheim auction buys, dealer transport and non-running cars all have their own service pages. Bold also books RVs, boats, golf carts and ATVs. Its military page says any discount has to appear on your written estimate, and it doesn't publish a fixed amount.
Damage claims go to the carrier, in writing, within 7 days of delivery. That carrier's cargo policy is what pays, and Bold's terms disclaim liability for the vehicle.
