About BAH Logistics LLC
Car owners, dealerships, military members and students are the customers BAH Logistics LLC names on its BBB profile. It's a car shipping broker based in Van Nuys, California, booking open car shipping, enclosed auto transport, door-to-door delivery and express moves across the 48 contiguous states. It also lists Hawaii car transport, where an ocean carrier handles the sea leg under its own bill of lading.
Email is the only way to cancel a BAH order. Its terms reject cancellations made by phone, text or chat. If you've paid and want out before pickup, you need to tell BAH at least 12 hours ahead to get a refund. Once a carrier is assigned, BAH keeps $100 and refunds the rest. After pickup, you can't cancel, and the company can keep the full amount.
Payment to BAH is due when a carrier accepts your order, the terms say. Any balance owed to the driver must be paid in cash, certified funds, a cashier's check or a money order on or before delivery. Personal checks and cards aren't allowed for that part. Inoperable, modified and oversized vehicles can bring extra fees.
The vehicle list runs past cars. BAH books motorcycles, boats, RVs, buses, commercial trucks, auction vehicles and non-running cars, along with heavy equipment and general freight. Personal items are capped at 150 lbs in the trunk, and you have to tell BAH about them before loading. Its terms don't guarantee delivery dates.
BAH never takes possession of your vehicle, and its terms send all damage claims to the carrier. Tell BAH within 48 hours of delivery if you plan to file, so it can pass along the carrier's documents. For Hawaii, the ocean carrier's coverage is limited, and the terms suggest buying extra insurance from that line.
BAH Logistics started business in June 2022 and has been BBB accredited since December 2023. Owner Manvel Badalyan runs it from 17620 Sherman Way #105 in Van Nuys, California. FMCSA lists it under USDOT 3895194 and MC-1433277 with active broker authority.
