Axis Auto Logistics
Axis Auto Logistics has a TrustScore of 54/100 and a rating of Caution. Its federal broker authority is active, and the reviews we read are split across 93 counted reviews, with 81 on Google and 12 on Trustpilot. Customers most often praise communication, delivery timing, and pricing, but there are also complaints about pricing, pickup timing, and some shipment updates. The newest review is from April 2026, and the evidence is still limited, so the score should be read with caution rather than as a broad service verdict. The active broker authority is a factual check, and the review record shows both favorable and unfavorable feedback.

About Axis Auto Logistics
Open and enclosed car shipping is the core of Axis Auto Logistics' work. The Melville, New York, auto transport broker also books door-to-door delivery, expedited and guaranteed-pickup orders, and transport for motorcycles, salvage vehicles and exotic or luxury cars. Its terms also cover Hawaii and overseas shipments. Hawaii orders are priced by phone, and an ocean carrier, usually Matson or Pasha, handles the sea leg.
A phone call won't cancel an Axis order. Its terms accept cancellations only by email, and a $99 fee applies in several cases, including canceling before the estimated pickup window ends or booking the same car with another broker. You get a full refund if you cancel in writing before pickup once that window has passed, or if the quoted price went up. A non-refundable deposit can go toward a new shipment within 6 months.
Pickup windows usually span 1 to 3 business days after your first available date, according to the terms, and every date is an estimate. Guaranteed pickup costs extra, runs Monday to Friday and mostly applies to open transport. The FAQ puts a 2,000-mile trip at about 8 to 9 days.
Payment comes in two forms. With the discounted cash price, a partial payment hits your card once a carrier is assigned, and you pay the driver the rest in cash, cashier's check or money order. The regular price is charged in full at dispatch, and regular-rate orders above $2,299 go through ACH, wire or Zelle.
Axis never takes possession of your vehicle. Damage claims go against the carrier's cargo policy, and hidden damage must be reported to Axis within 24 hours of delivery.
Axis lists its office at 200 Broadhollow Road, Suite 207, in Melville, NY. FMCSA lists it under USDOT 4359281 and MC-1705573 with active broker authority, and its federal record begins in 2025. No BBB profile turned up for the company.
