ASAP Transport Solutions LLC
ASAP Transport Solutions LLC has a TrustScore of 69/100 and a Mixed rating. The company has active FMCSA broker authority, and the reviews we read are mostly favorable about communication, delivery timing, vehicle condition, and driver professionalism. The main tradeoff is that the score is capped at 69 until the company has 500 counted reviews, so the public record is still somewhat thin at 461 counted reviews across Google and BBB. There are also some complaints in the reviews we read, especially around issue resolution and a smaller number of timing and pricing concerns. The newest review is from April 2026, and the counted reviews are 459 on Google and 2 on BBB.

About ASAP Transport Solutions LLC
ASAP Transport Solutions LLC arranges auto transport throughout the United States from its office in Lenexa, Kansas. The auto transport broker books open car shipping, enclosed auto transport and driveaway service for cars, pickups, SUVs, EVs, classics, exotics and non-running vehicles. Its dealer page says its carrier network reaches all 50 states, but the site doesn't explain how Alaska or Hawaii moves work. It brokers LTL and truckload freight too.
ASAP publishes what its customers actually paid. Its own data on single-vehicle orders delivered between August 2025 and August 2026 puts the median price at $1,350. Open transport had a median of $1,100, with the middle half of orders between $800 and $1,500. Enclosed came in at $1,500, mostly between $1,200 and $1,950. The company says it sets standard prices high enough to draw a carrier fast.
That pricing aims for pickup within about 1 to 3 days when carriers are available. After loading, long-haul trucks cover roughly 500 miles a day, the company says, and it puts most nationwide moves at 5 to 10 days. You can check your shipment's status online after booking.
Dealers get their own program. One dedicated specialist handles auction pickups, dealer trades, inventory transfers and deliveries to out-of-state buyers. ASAP says it schedules around auction release hours, including early-morning or after-hours releases when the lot allows.
For standard vehicle shipments, nothing is charged until a carrier is assigned and you approve the terms. The site doesn't publish cancellation fees, card fees or discounts, so get those in writing before you book.
The company arranges the shipment, and an independent motor carrier does the hauling. ASAP checks that carrier's authority and insurance before dispatch, and coverage follows the carrier's own policy limits and exclusions.
BBB lists November 14, 2012 as ASAP's start date, and owner and CEO Chris Steele runs the company. Its office is at 11248 Strang Line Rd in Lenexa, Kansas. FMCSA shows active broker authority for USDOT 2380139 and MC-815288. It has been BBB accredited since August 20, 2021.
