Allstatecarship
Allstatecarship has a TrustScore of 57/100 and a rating of Mixed. It has active FMCSA broker authority, and the 228 counted reviews are split between Trustpilot (137) and BBB (91), with the newest review from April 2026. The reviews we read show clear praise for communication and delivery timing, but they also show repeated complaints about pricing, pickup timing, and issue resolution. That mix of strengths and tradeoffs, plus only 113 reviews we read, keeps the result from reaching Trusted.

Company information
Held by the carrier, not Allstatecarship. If your vehicle is damaged, the claim goes against the carrier’s policy. Always photograph the vehicle before handoff and document any damage on the Bill of Lading at delivery before signing.
About Allstatecarship
Allstatecarship is a Chicago-based car shipping broker, registered as Allstate Carship Inc., that arranges open car shipping and enclosed auto transport. It lists cars, classics, motorcycles, boats, RVs, ATVs and inoperable vehicles, and quotes include door-to-door delivery where a truck can reach you. The company says it ships across the USA but doesn't explain how Alaska or Hawaii orders work.
Allstatecarship's refund policy spells out when your deposit comes back. You get it back if the company can't confirm a driver, if you cancel before a carrier is assigned, or if a driver asks for more than the quote and you decline. Refunds take 5 to 7 business days. After dispatch, or if you've booked the same car with another broker, there's no refund.
A truck is usually assigned 1 to 5 days from your first available date, the FAQ says. Coast-to-coast transit runs 7 to 10 days, and moves under 500 miles take 2 to 3 days after pickup.
You pay a 10 to 20% deposit at booking by card or Cash App. The rest goes to the driver at delivery in cash, cashier's check or money order. Its terms list a $150 non-running fee, a $150 dry-run fee if the vehicle doesn't match the order and a $75 rescheduling fee if it isn't ready. The terms also mention a $200 cancellation fee that the refund policy doesn't, so ask which rule applies before you pay. Up to 100 lbs of personal items can ride in the trunk.
The company books licensed carriers and doesn't run its own trucks. Its terms say those carriers hold $100,000 to $250,000 in cargo insurance per load. Damage claims go to the carrier, in writing, within 15 days, and the damage must be on the Bill of Lading and reported to Allstatecarship within 24 hours.
Allstatecarship started in December 2024, according to its BBB file, and is based at 8770 W Bryn Mawr Ave, Suite 1300, in Chicago, Illinois. Its federal registration is USDOT 4333281, MC-1692148, and its broker authority is active. It isn't currently BBB accredited.
