ADL Logistics LLC
ADL Logistics LLC has a TrustScore of 69/100 and a Mixed rating. Its federal broker authority is active, and the reviews we read are spread across 335 counted reviews on Google, Trustpilot, and BBB, with the newest review from April 2026. Reviewers most often praise communication, delivery timing, and driver professionalism, while some complaints show up around issue resolution, pickup timing, and pricing. The score is capped at 69 until the company has 500 counted reviews, so the published score is limited by the amount of counted review evidence rather than by a service finding. The active authority is a factual plus, but the review record still has enough tradeoffs that it does not reach Trusted.

About ADL Logistics LLC
ADL Logistics LLC, a Miami, Florida auto transport broker, has been in business since July 2015, according to BBB. It arranges open car shipping, enclosed auto transport, expedited shipping and door-to-door delivery across the lower 48 states. It also moves motorcycles, ATVs, jet skis, golf carts, EVs and inoperable vehicles.
The deposit rules matter most here. The homepage calls the booking deposit refundable, but ADL's August 2026 terms say it becomes non-refundable once a carrier is dispatched. The terms also ask you to allow at least 5 business days to arrange pickup, and cancelling before that window ends forfeits the deposit too. A missed pickup or delivery caused by the customer adds a fee of at least $150.
The remaining balance goes to the carrier at delivery in cash, cashier's check or money order unless you prepaid in full. Undisclosed inoperable or oversized vehicles cost at least $100 extra, and a car that stops running in transit adds at least $200. The terms also allow ADL to cancel any order at its discretion.
ADL says short routes under 500 miles usually take 1 to 3 days and cross-country trips 7 to 10 days. You can pack one suitcase or bag in the trunk, up to 100 pounds. Electric and hybrid vehicles should arrive with at least 30% charge and be set to transport mode.
ADL's only job, under its terms, is to procure a licensed carrier for your shipment. Damage claims go against that carrier's insurance and must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
ADL Logistics LLC operates from 175 SW 7th St in Miami, and BBB lists David Gravel as president. FMCSA confirms active broker authority under USDOT 2783456 and MC-924892.
