Two things set ABROC apart. You can leave up to 150 pounds of personal belongings in the car at no charge, according to its FAQ. Items must sit in the back seat below the window line, and anything heavier needs the driver's approval. The website also advertises locked-in rates and no deposit, and the company says quotes stay valid until the end of the business day.
