About 365 Car Transport
365 Car Transport arranges vehicle shipping to all 50 states as a Boynton Beach, Florida car shipping broker, and Hawaii and Alaska are included. It books open car shipping, enclosed auto transport, flatbed transport and door-to-door delivery. The company arranges the shipment, and a partner carrier does the hauling.
Most of the money changes hands at the end. Its transportation agreement says full payment is due at delivery in cash, cashier's check or money order. The price is final once a carrier is dispatched with accurate vehicle details. Cancelling before dispatch is free, but the booking fee isn't refundable after dispatch. The agreement doesn't say how much that fee is. It also adds one unusual rule. If another company posts your order within 14 business days of your cancellation, the booking fee still isn't refunded.
Pickup and delivery dates are estimates, according to its terms. Once a carrier is assigned, you get pickup and delivery dates and the driver's contact details. The driver gives 4 hours' notice before delivery. If no one is there, terminal storage fees fall on you.
The company ships motorcycles, ATVs, cars, SUVs, trucks, boats, heavy equipment and luxury or collectible vehicles. Inoperable vehicles that roll and steer cost extra. So do modified vehicles with lift kits or lowered suspension. You can pack up to 100 lbs of personal items below the window line, and Hawaii and Alaska have separate weight limits.
Damage must be noted on the bill of lading at delivery, and claims go to the carrier, according to its terms. The company suggests keeping your own auto insurance active during the shipment.
The company holds active FMCSA broker authority (USDOT 2609413, MC-910950), and its federal record begins in 2015. It operates from 2500 Quantum Lakes Dr, Suite 203, in Boynton Beach. It isn't BBB accredited.
